When will I get my order?

Ready-to-ship items should be sent out within 3-5 business days of receiving the order. Once your order ships, you will get a shipping notification and tracking info. 

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail and should arrive within 3-5 business days after they leave my home. Shipping is calculated by weight.

Please ensure the address that is entered at the time your order is placed is the address where you would like to receive your items.

Cityscape Knits cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Any packages marked as delivered by the USPS but are not received are the responsibility of you and your local Post Office. Please contact them for these rare instances or situations.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, I only ship within the United States.

I’m local to the Aurora/Denver Metro area. Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you can! Local pick up is available if you live in the area. Please choose the “Pick up” option under Delivery on the checkout page. I will email you once your order is ready to arrange pick up.
