Returns and Exchanges

I'm so sorry that your beanie isn't everything that you wanted! Due to the delicate nature of my handmade items, I can only accept returns or exchanges if the item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for return shipping and the item must be deemed in its original condition before a refund can be processed. Please allow 5-10 business days for the item to be received, processed, and refunded.

To start a return, you can contact me at info@cityscapeknits.com with Subject: Return/Exchange and I will respond to you as quickly as possible to get the issue resolved.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
